Light Training Workshops
Learn high impact skills in these expanded presentation sessions with more activities and small group interaction to help build skills in a learn, practice, apply style. Two to four hours in length, these are ideal for busy teams who want to start strengthening their skills and join a community of practice for support and pointers.
Empathy Camp
Strengthen your empathy skills for better problem solving, decision making and understanding clients, consumers and colleagues. During a day at Empathy Camp you’ll learn empathy-building skills, their role on the job and how to develop and apply empathy. Comes with a community of practice and support for six months afterward.
